We were lucky enough to have a blender in our kitchen in our Belize hotel. And since we were in a tropical climate, the fruits and fruit juices available to us were all really delicious.

At the grocery store, there was quite a selection of fruit juices - guava, melon, berry. We bought a carton of pineapple juice and mango juice, both of which were amazing, and made slushies.
Start with a blender full of ice (2 cups). Then add in 3 cups of juice - I used equal parts of pineapple juice and mango juice. Then blend until the ice is smooth and you end up with a lovely slushy drink.
Don't they look refreshing and delicious?
Yum!!
Perfect for a hot summer day.
