What I Ate: Coconut Toffee Cookies

I've been posting lots and lots of sweets lately and I have another sweet post today. I decided to make chewy coconut chocolate chip cookies but instead of chocolate chips, I used toffee pieces.
{the ingredients}

{graham cracker crumbs}
{butter & sweetened condensed milk}
{mix up the batter}
{since this batter has no eggs, I felt perfectly safe enjoying a spoonful}
{scoop out the cookies}
{evenly spaced and ready to go in the oven}
{cooling. almost ready to be enjoyed}
{yum! so chewy and delicious}
