What I Ate: Truffle Eggs & Bacon Jam Toast

I recently bought a little jar of truffle salt and I've been looking for ways to use it in everything.
The first time I used the salt, I just sprinkled some onto a fried egg. It was delicious.

And, of course, I had a slice of fresh baked bread, warm from the oven, and it was generously spread with bacon jam. I also squeezed two delicious Cara Cara oranges to make myself a glass of juice; and I stuck in a giant ice cube because I like my juice super chilled.
