The 4th of July = barbecue, right? Here's what I ate:
put all of the same vegetable on the same skewer - makes sure everything cooks well and evenly

who doesn't love grilled corn??
I love sausage cooked like this on a skewer - it prevents curling and shrinking. Tomorrow I'll be sharing the shrimp kebab recipe (shown above).
