Thanksgiving 2018

Thanksgiving was a little bit different this year; we did dinner instead of lunch and my cousins were in town from Korea, which was really nice. We made all of the classics: roast turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, mac & cheese, roasted brussels sprouts, garlic butter rolls, and hasselback butternut squash. We also had a cheese board, Swedish meatballs, stuffed mushrooms, and my cousins brought shrimp cocktail and my aunt brought kimbap and japchae. We also wanted to have mixed green salad but with the romaine recall, we ended up making a tomato & cucumber salad.
We started the day off with morning buns and leisurely cooked throughout the afternoon, stopping here and there to go on walkies with George Michael and relax.
