What I Ate: Truffle Salt Burgers with Bacon Jam

I'm obsessed with truffle salt. I sprinkled a little onto a burger and it came out delicious.

Oh, and I built the burgers on pretzel buns that were toasted in bacon fat and spread with bacon jam.
