What I Ate: Coconut Toffee Cookies
I've been posting lots and lots of sweets lately and I have another sweet post today. I decided to make chewy coconut chocolate chip cookies but instead of chocolate chips, I used toffee pieces.
{the ingredients} |
{graham cracker crumbs} |
{butter & sweetened condensed milk} |
{mix up the batter} |
{since this batter has no eggs, I felt perfectly safe enjoying a spoonful} |
{scoop out the cookies} |
{evenly spaced and ready to go in the oven} |
{cooling. almost ready to be enjoyed} |
{yum! so chewy and delicious} |
